User Top-up Agreement

Dear user, in order to protect your lawful rights and interests, please read this Top-up Agreement completely and carefully before clicking the “Confirm Payment” button. When you click the “Confirm Payment” button, it indicates that you have read and understood the entire contents of this Agreement, and that you agree to top up and use your balance in accordance with the rules set out in this Agreement. If you do not accept some or all of the contents of this Agreement, please do not click the “Confirm Payment” button.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for using the WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform (hereinafter the “Cloud Platform” or the “Platform”). The terms and conditions set out below constitute the agreement reached between the user who tops up on the Platform (hereinafter the “User” or “you”) and Qianshi Xinyun (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Qianshi Xinyun”, the “Company”, or “we”) regarding top-ups and the use of the balance. When you confirm this Agreement by clicking “Confirm Payment” online or by other means, and/or actually carry out a top-up, it indicates that you have understood the contents of this Agreement and agree to be bound by it, including but not limited to the body of this Agreement and all rules, specifications, announcements, descriptions, and/or notices, etc., concerning the services that Qianshi Xinyun has already published or may publish in the future, as well as all other platform rules, systems, etc. All of the foregoing rules are an inseparable constituent part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of this Agreement.

Qianshi Xinyun has the right to revise and update the relevant contents of this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of actual business operations, and to announce such changes in advance on the Platform so as to notify users. The modified terms shall take effect on the date specified in the announcement notice. If you choose to continue using the Platform's services and/or continue to top up, it indicates that you agree to and accept the modified contents of the Agreement and are bound by them; if you do not agree to our modification of this Agreement, please immediately abandon the top-up or stop using the Platform's services.

If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, or are unable to accurately understand Qianshi Xinyun's interpretation of the terms, please do not agree to this Agreement or use the Cloud Platform services under this Agreement.

2. Definitions

WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform personal top-up balance account, “top-up balance account” for short: refers to the funds account automatically configured by Qianshi Xinyun for the User based on the User's WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform account. The User's act of topping up this account is deemed the User's prepayment of service fees to Qianshi Xinyun, and the prepaid service fees may be used to purchase or subscribe to the products and/or services provided by the WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform.

3. Top-up Conditions

When you top up, you shall have a WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform account that has successfully passed real-name verification.

4. Account Security

1. When the User performs a top-up, you shall carefully confirm your own account and information. If, due to the User's own improper operation, or failure to understand or fully understand the top-up billing method, this results in an erroneous top-up, the wrong selection of the top-up type, or similar circumstances that harm the User's own interests, the User shall bear the relevant responsibility itself, and the Platform will not bear it.
2. Where the User uses the services provided by a third-party payment enterprise when topping up, the User shall comply with the various agreements and service rules with that third party. In the course of using third-party payment services, the User shall properly safeguard personal information, including but not limited to bank account numbers, passwords, verification codes, etc. You confirm and agree that Qianshi Xinyun bears no liability whatsoever for disputes arising from third-party payment services.

5. Top-up Methods

1. For top-ups, the User may choose a third-party payment enterprise recognized by the Platform to pay the corresponding top-up amount.
2. If the User entrusts a third party to perform a top-up on its account, the User undertakes and warrants that it knows and trusts the third party, and that the third party readily understands and agrees to accept the User's entrustment to top up for the User; otherwise, if Qianshi Xinyun is informed by that third party that such top-up was not agreed to by the third party, Qianshi Xinyun and the Platform have the right to immediately ban the User's WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform account (during the account ban, Qianshi Xinyun will suspend the User's use of the Platform's services, including but not limited to the User's API requests and/or any online functions, the same below). Within 30 days from the date the User's account is banned, the User shall provide sufficient evidence to prove that the third party agreed in advance to top up for it; otherwise, the User agrees and authorizes Qianshi Xinyun to cooperate with the third party's request and refund the corresponding amount from the User's banned account to the third party. If, at that time, the User's account balance is insufficient to make the refund, then for the shortfall, the User agrees to top up the corresponding amount within 30 days at the latest and entrust Qianshi Xinyun to make the refund, or the User itself pays the third party to make the refund, unless the third party agrees that the User need not refund such amount.
3. The User undertakes and warrants the legality of the source of funds used for its top-up balance account; otherwise, Qianshi Xinyun has the right to cooperate with the requests of judicial authorities or other government competent authorities and take corresponding measures against the User's WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform account, including but not limited to banning the User's WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform account, freezing the funds in the account, etc.

6. Top-up Balance and Vouchers

1. Top-up balance: refers to the amount you actually pay by topping up online, which may be consumed and used within the WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform to purchase the products and/or services provided on the Platform.
2. Voucher: refers to the coupons that the Platform distributes, in addition to the top-up balance, from time to time on a targeted basis to specific users, some users, and/or all users (including but not limited to new-user registration rewards, rewards for inviting new users, etc.) in accordance with promotional operating activities launched by the WYLON® Wolong Xinyun Cloud Platform from time to time, which, depending on the circumstances, may be used separately or combined with your top-up balance. Vouchers are virtual amounts and may not be withdrawn as cash, may not be transferred, and may not be invoiced. Voucher promotional operating activities will be distributed in accordance with the corresponding activity rules and used in accordance with the Platform's service rules. Qianshi Xinyun has the final right of interpretation regarding the rules for the use of vouchers, the scope of their availability, etc.

7. Using the Top-up Balance

1. After you top up, there is no validity period for the use of the top-up balance, and it may not be transferred or gifted to other users or accounts. Please choose the corresponding top-up amount based on an estimate of your own usage needs and consumption; Qianshi Xinyun does not impose any limit on the number of times you top up.
2. After a successful top-up, you can usually begin purchasing or subscribing to the corresponding products and/or services immediately; in some cases, there may be a delay in the amount being credited. If, after a relatively long time, the amount still has not been credited, you may contact us by email: support@wylon.cn to obtain support and assistance.

8. Invoices

After your top-up amount is consumed, Qianshi Xinyun will issue the corresponding invoice based on the amount actually consumed, in accordance with the agreement for the products and/or services you have subscribed to, after receiving your invoicing application.

9. Refunds

1. You shall fully estimate your actual usage needs before determining the top-up amount.
2. If you top up using an online payment method through the services provided by a third-party payment enterprise, within 12 months after you complete the top-up, you may operate the refund yourself for the balance not yet consumed. Qianshi Xinyun and its cooperating third-party payment enterprises will review the User's refund operation; if the review is approved, the refund will be returned via your original payment path, and corresponding handling fees may be incurred.
3. In principle, each online-payment top-up amount of yours supports only one refund application operation. In the event of special circumstances, you may contact us by email: support@wylon.cn to obtain support and assistance.
4. For amounts you top up via corporate bank transfer or other means, automatic refunds are not supported. You may contact our service support staff by email: support@wylon.cn, and cooperate by providing the relevant supporting materials; Qianshi Xinyun will, after completing the review, return the refundable amount to the User, and corresponding handling fees may be incurred.
5. For vouchers still within their validity period that you have not yet used, or for vouchers in your account that have exceeded their validity period and can no longer be used, no refund application is supported.
6. For amounts that you have completed topping up and have already consumed, or that should be deducted in accordance with the relevant product and/or service agreement, the Platform will not refund them.

10. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the mainland area of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises between the User and Qianshi Xinyun in connection with this Agreement, the two parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, such dispute may be submitted for litigation to the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of Qianshi Xinyun.
